Saaf shabdon mein: hum login ke liye aapka mobile number lete hain, aur app chalane ke liye aapki profile, calendar, hajeri aur booking ki jaankari rakhte hain. Hum aapka data bechte nahi. 1. Who we are
KaamSetu ("we", "us") is an app that connects caterers with catering workers in India. It is run by Pramod Gaur, Pune, Maharashtra, India. Contact: kaamsetusupport@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
- Mobile number, to log you in with a one-time password (OTP).
- Worker profile: name, type of work, area, daily rate, and the days you mark as busy or booked.
- Worker attendance (hajeri): dates worked, caterer name, full or half day, amount, and whether it was paid. This is private to the worker.
- Caterer profile: business name, area, saved workers, bookings, and plan status.
- Payments: when paid plans start, payments are handled by a payment gateway (such as Razorpay or Cashfree). We do not store card or UPI PIN details.
- Basic technical data needed to run the service securely, such as device and browser type, and error logs.
3. How we use it
- To log you in and show the right screens for caterers, workers and the owner.
- To show workers' availability to caterers and let caterers make bookings.
- To let workers keep their attendance and payment records.
- To run the caterer subscription and to answer support requests.
- To keep the service safe and to fix problems.
4. Who can see your information
- Caterers using KaamSetu can see a worker's name, work type, area, rate, availability, rating and mobile number, so they can contact and book the worker.
- A worker's attendance and earnings records are visible only to that worker.
- Service providers who run parts of the service for us: Google Firebase (login, database in Mumbai, India, and website hosting) and, when payments start, our payment gateway.
- Government authorities, if the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your profile and records within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep something longer (for example, payment records).
6. Your choices and rights
- You can change your rate, area and calendar in the app at any time.
- You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account by writing to kaamsetusupport@gmail.com from your registered details.
7. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with Google Firebase. Access rules make sure, for example, that only a worker can read their own attendance records. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
8. Children
KaamSetu is meant for people aged 18 and above.

10. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
