1. The service

2. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older and give true information, including your own mobile number. Keep your phone and OTPs private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
3. KaamSetu is a platform
KaamSetu is not an employer or a staffing contractor. Any work arrangement, rate, timing and payment is agreed directly between the caterer and the worker. KaamSetu does not guarantee that a worker will turn up or that a caterer will pay, but we will act on complaints, including removing users who misbehave.
4. Caterer plan
- New caterer accounts get a free trial of 3 months.
- After the trial, KaamSetu Pro costs ₹149 per month, charged in advance each month through the payment method you choose (for example UPI AutoPay).
- You can cancel at any time. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Workers do not pay anything to use KaamSetu.
5. Fair use
- Do not post false profiles, fake bookings or misleading rates.
- Do not harass, threaten or cheat other users.
- Do not try to break, copy or misuse the app or its data.
We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
6. Liability
We work to keep KaamSetu running and accurate, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, KaamSetu is not liable for losses arising from dealings between caterers and workers, and our total liability to a caterer is limited to the fees that caterer paid in the last 3 months.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. If we make an important change, we will tell you in the app before it applies.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
